My precious friend Stephanie came over after the "cleaning of the pantry" to give me some great news. She has arranged for me to meet with a Gluten Free guru on Monday night. The Gluten Fairy, as Stephanie kept calling her, will teach me the art of GFCF.
I am so honored to have such amazing friends!
Love this and love you. What I was going to tell you in the hall (before you were pulled by your little ones and me mine) is that I used to be the OP dietitan at Mercy and worked closely with the GI docs, seeing all their patients with celiac sprue. If you need any additional help (after the GF Fairy leaves) I would love to help you guys. In case you didnt know about this support group, there is a group called ROCK (Raising our celiac kids) and on the site they say that it is also for kids with autism on GFCF diet. Know one knows a diet better then someone that lives it and is successful with it. Here is their link. Again, love you so much and you inspire me everytime we are together! -Amy :)http://www.celiac.com/articles/563/1/ROCK-Raising-Our-Celiac-Kids---National-Celiac-Disease-Support-Group/Page1.html
